Kyle's Girlfriend "Amanda"
Kyle talks about labels people put on other people to make the mind simplify the means of identifying people. One slip-up can mean that you are stuck with the identified label of your mistakes, mishaps, or opinion you may hold. Lori, the family's daughter is labeled a "whore" by her peer because she had lost her virginity. Lori was down about it for many days and was alienated by her friends, and all the guys in the school saw her as a piece of meat. Kyle talks to Lori and tries to help her, She complains that it was her choice and no one should be able to judge her because of it. Kyle tells her that she need to understand that may people at her age is not mature enough understand it is none of their business. Maturity is something that developed in the human mind over time. Maturity is a psychological term used to indicate how a person responds to the circumstances or environment in a appropriate manner. An example of somebody who in Mature is Kyle. He knows and fully aware of the correct time and place to act a certain way. Although in the beginning Kyle was not sure hoe to act in may situations so one can say that when Kyle was found he was an immature person. Now sense Kyle's mind has developed far beyond where he was in the beginning when he was found in the woods, so his mind has grown in to a more "mature" state. Now for the kids in Lori's school there ability to mature over time is much longer than Kyle's powerful mind. The minds at Lori's school are so caught up in making themselves look good, they will give hurtful labels to other people to take any negative attention from themselves. Lori is showing her maturity when she wonders why people are so mean to her over something that is not their business. From most people it takes something like this to help them develop their maturity in a psychological sense. The writers of Kyle Xy did a great job showing this stage in ones mind called maturity and how one takes time to develop it. They also did a great job showing how Kyle is a model mind in the utmost of the Mature stage. In many senses he is more mature that most of the people in the world, this is because that he will do anything that is right. His girlfriend Amanda is less mature that Kyle because Kyle is helping another Girl through a hard time and is not giving her enough attention. If Amanda is mature enough she would understand that Kyle is only helping her because it is what is right and accept the situation and be mature enough to trust Kyle and that he will not cheat on her.

Kyle confused about the human mind.
Kyle looks like he is about sixteen years old, so the Tragers though it would be a good idea to put him in to high school. Kyle looked like he should be in around tenth grade so Kyle was made to take several tests and if he passed them he would be able to join the other kids in High school. Kyle passed all the tests with one hundred percent on all of the different types of tests. He could have not have even gone to school and earn a degree right there and would never of had to go to school. He rejected the instand degree and wanted to stay in school for one reason; to better understand the human mind. The human mind and how it works comes up many times in this show, and many questions pop up in every episode regarding different topics. Some examples are "Is it okay to lie?" or "how does one control their impulses?'" or even as simple as "What is music?" All these questions are asked and it makes one really wonder about the simplest questions and really puts things in a different perspective. The author of the show not only puts a major emphasis on the questions but also the lessons in life. Lessons that humans come up with in their own minds such as, "One can’t be liked until one likes themselves" or "One gets to decide who they are and no one else can take that away." Kyle Xy is a great show to look at the human mind and analyze it from the perspective of a mind with no memory or judgments on the outside world. Kyle tries to understand many things and analyzes them with conclusions that one does not normally think about. A different perspective on things can change the way people think, this show provides a great gateway to do so. The human mind is a difficult think to understand, Kyle calls it unpredictable, inconstant, but also balanced and reasonable at the same time.

Many questions about human nature pop into Kyle's mind after the episodes go on. Kyle then discovers emotion himself that makes him question things even more. Kyle's first encounters with emotion are when he is questioning how people communicate and how they react to certain situations. Kyle feels confusion and is always wondering why. He is always confused about why he can't remember anything and is also confused about the emotion "confusion" in general. Confusion is such a strange feeling one gets when he is encountered with something ones conscience can't understand. Kyle sees this and has a brain so powerful that he has the ability to overcome any confusion within his own mind and ability. If he has seen the same problem from before he knows exactly how to solve it and to overcome it. The next emotion Kyle discovers is anger. Kyle becomes upset because he cannot remember his past. Josh doesn't make is easier by making writing down everything and saying that he is an alien. Kyle just becomes constantly disappointed at his lack of ability to remember anything and in all of his anger and disappointment; he lashes out in loud voices and yells at people, not meaning what he says. He also wonders why he reacts in such an animalistic manner, as if his sub consciousness were turned off and his impulses have taken over. Humans had this balance that they must maintain in order to not lash out or be overemotional and instead think about the situation rationally. They type of person one is usually is what type of balance they hold between the rational and impulsiveness side. Human behavior is justified by your environment, past, or even genetics. Criminals have an imbalance on the animalistic side because when their emotions take over they cannot control themselves and they commit things that are against the law. On the other side which is the rational side is a person who has a great control over their own emotions and can control what they feel and how they act in certain situations. Kyle understands this and he knows that he is mostly on the extreme rational side so it is better to control his emotions for now, after he lashes out in anger.

The Tragers father "Steven"
Kyle is taken in to the Tragers house hold, and so many questions pop into his mind all at once. Why are people not communicating efficiently, why are people so hostel to other people without knowing them? As the season goes on, Kyle is confused on how humans work and why they act certain ways. After a while Kyle learns to talk and begins to understand simple human interactions. Nicole makes him take a math test to see what he knows, the test should take about one hour to finish. Kyle takes the test with super-fast speed and finishes the test in five minutes and gets all of the questions right! Josh thinks this is so impossible, that he suspects Kyle to be an alien. Kyle is so strange to what Josh knows that a way to justify Kyle's actions is to say that he is not human at all. Josh than makes a log of all the things that Kyle does that makes him seem like he is an alien. In the third episode, Kyle comes across the human interaction of falsely giving information known as lying. When the next door neighbor crashes her car and puts a dent into it she becomes stressed and flustered. This confuses Kyle because if it was an accident why would be become mad at the dent? She responds that it was a new car and that her mom bought it for her and that she will be upset when she sees the dent. Confused Kyle still doesn't understand why she would be upset if it was an accident. She responds that she didn't really know and she might tell her mom that someone else hit the car. Later that night Kyle is still confused why she wouldn't just tell the truth and sees how stressed she is. So Kyle goes over there and tells her mom that he did it, he felt weird to lie and wonders what makes people do it. Kyle later has a talk with the dad, Stephen, about lying and why people do it and when it is acceptable. "Lying is not the way. I told you tell the truth, no matter what." said Stephen. Kyle then says "Telling the truth can hurt." then Stephen said "but you still shouldn't lie just to protect people. Then Kyle asked the question that had Stephen thinking of what to say. Kyle asks "But allowing people to be hurt, it that alright?" Kyle is stuck in a dilemma thinking what is more justified, to tell the truth or to allow some to become hurt from it. Stephen was speechless and had nothing else to say because he was also perplexed by Kyle's question. This whole situation leaves Kyle wondering and thinking of more questions about the complex nature of human life.

Kyle Xy Blog 1

The show "Kyle Xy" brings up the viewer side of the unbalance and predictably in human nature. The show also brings up many questions about emotions, lying, and simply why do people do what they do and what is the influence to make them to do so.
The show starts with the camera on Kyle naked in the woods and is asleep and is covered in some type of slim with no memory of anything. Kyle narrates as is if he is talking about it looking back at the future. With no memory of how to talk, move, or of how he had ended up there to begin with. When he wakes up there is a rattle snake right in front of him ready to bite him, when the rattle snake goes to bite him Kyle instinctively grabs the snake. This is interesting because Kyle's memory is completely blank but yet he knows that he should stop the snake before it bites him. This is because humans have thing in their brain imprinted subconsciously that have been in-placed by their animalistic mannerisms. Kyle gets up and ventures out in to the city completely naked while he takes in all the new sounds, feelings, and sights. People are disgusted at Kyle because it is against what they have been told what is acceptable in their society. The police eventually come and put a towel around him quickly and take him down to the jail.
Confused, Kyle is sent to a jail where he was made to put on clothes and clean up. He is confused as to why he is instantly hated and outcaste when he had done nothing. He then thinks of a question, "Why are humans so much more unpredictable than the snake in the woods?" Kyle is perplexed by this question throughout this whole series. Kyle is then picked up from jail by a woman named Mrs. Trager. Mrs. Trager is a woman that takes care of mental patients and tries to help them. Kyle is taken to Mrs. Tragers house and is to stay with them temporarily. When Kyle arrives to the house he is watches and observes Mrs. Tragers family. The oldest daughter is Lori, the dad, Stephen, the younger brother Josh, and Mrs. Tragers, whose name is Nicole. Kyle moves in with them even though he does not know how to talk or how to communicate in any way.
